The posts Iā€™ve queued for the next few days are byproducts of my insomnia and boredom, so itā€™s more of me using stuff I already have anyway. This blog has always been a personal challenge to myself to write once a dayā€“thatā€™s changed over time to just posting once a day, extending to things like brainstorms and character statistics and rant and meta analysis.

Sometimes I am too tired to write, but itā€™s never something I dread or resent and certainly not because of my followers. Iā€™m glad that there are people who read what I writeā€“people who like my writing enough to like me, as a person, and worry about my emotional well being.

Today was…

I donā€™t cry very often–not about my own personal life, fictional stuff is tear city–but today I did.

I also didnā€™t get home until thirty minutes to midnight and I had to pack because I am, yet again, traveling for the next couple of days.

Iā€™ve prepped some character stats posts and Iā€™ve queued them up so I wonā€™t have consecutive missed posts–but if I have time to fill the a softer ask box then Iā€™ll try to do those as well.

Okay, first off: wow! I got so many a softer ask box prompts after the bleak Shikako/Naruto fill, so thanks everyone who has sent those in! Iā€™m glad(?) you all enjoyed the weirdly meta theorizing that went on in that ficlet šŸ™‚

Unfortunately, Iā€™ll be busy with family stuff for the next couple of days (graduation season plus Motherā€™s Day plus a lot of my family is born in May so we generally just mash up everything into a weeklong event) so I probably wonā€™t be able to fill those until sometime next week. Iā€™ll try to see if I can, though private time is a scarcity, so itā€™s fairly unlikely.

Never fear, though, because Iā€™ve set up a queue for the completed/cleaned up Character Stats for Team Seven, Team Ten, Team Eight, and Team Gai which have been approved (but not necessarily canonized, so donā€™t quote me on anything) by Silver Queen!

If I still need a few more posts, I also have the Character Stats for my other Naruto-world series if anyoneā€™s interested?

So… my dad fell through the ceiling… I mean. Heā€™s mostly okay–bumps and bruises and a potential mild concussion–but Iā€™m on hand to make sure heā€™s okay.
